Rules & Regulations: There are specific rules about appearances regarding the front of homes. Examples: Any change to the front of houses must be approved by the Association through a written request and fee. No changes, additions, or removal of landscaping shall be made without written permission from the Association. Parking and vehicle restrictions, pet and animal restrictions, signage, changes in front doors, are in writing in the CC&Rs.  All other CC&Rs and Articles and Bylaws are in your HOA documents. A copy can be obtained from the web site or by contacting Janel D. Jones.

Garbage Removal: Currently garbage & recycling is on Tuesday of each week. All carts are to be removed by midnight on Tuesday and stored out of sight. Lawn clippings & tree branches are to be placed in the green yard bins or in paper trash bags that can be purchased at grocery stores. No plastic bags are accepted. Bulky items too heavy to fit in cart are picked up early on the:

Lawn Care: Sunspot is the association’s yard maintenance company. This includes mowing, edging, shrub trimming of front yards, and care of the common areas. Home owners are ultimately responsible for watering, fertilizing, weed control, & fire ant control. If you have questions about lawn care call Sunspot at 817-825-8300

Miscellaneous: For air conditioner efficiency, change your filter every 3 months. Suggested service & maintenance companies: A number of drive ways are washing out on the sides. This leads to broken and sunken concrete and large expenses to replace. Foundation Dynamics, Inc. has a preventative solution to this problem and will give free assessments. Call 817-560-0240. A company called Mr Handyman at 877-674-2639 has been used by some homeowners for a large list of services .
