Beginning in September our lawn care maintenance will change to include weeding of the front flowerbeds. Maintenance will continue to be serviced by Sunspot. They have already started the process of getting rid of the weeds in the flower beds by spraying roundup on the grass to kill the weeds before pulling them out. This may take some time but they will keep working at it.
Sunspot can mulch any of the beds for the homeowners if they contact them. The price is $7.50 per 3cu/ft bag. You can contact Brian at Sunspot for quotes if you would like one. Brian's number is 817-564-6005.

Community News - Garage Sale
Melinda is having a garage sale on Friday and Saturday, August 12 and 13. This is not a community garage sale, however, for those interested in holding a garage sale themselves can taking advantage of the additional traffic coming into the neighborhood.

HOA Board Update - Goals
We are working to improve the community and have been meeting on a regular basis, about every two weeks. While we are getting together and learing about our repsponsibilities and the community needs, our current goals are directly related to the finanical standing of the HOA and the landscaping issue. We have already set in motion actions for both of those and hope to continue working towards our greater goal of financial stability and a happier community.
